We are Ice Kids! We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) in the North East of England who specialise in high quality activity days for children. Read more about us below and find our what we have to offer!

We are here to make school holidays easier and more exciting for you and you child! We know how important it is for children to stay active, engaged and well-fed during school breaks. This is why we provide all of this and more. With enriching activities and a hot nutritious meal, we do have it all. So far our swimming camps, cooking camps and beach days have gone down a storm and we can’t wait for you to get involved too!

Swimming Camps

Ages 4-16

At our swimming camps, children can enjoy a swimming lesson, arts and crafts, multi-sports and a hot meal provided by us. These camps are held at both Monkwearmouth Academy and Birtley Community Pool.

Beach Days

For all of the family, whatever your age

These days are held at Roker Beach. We provide fun activities on the sand, an opportunity to splash around in the sea with friends, arts and crafts plus a hot meal provided by us.

Cooking Camps

Ages 7-16

Our cooking camps are held at Monkwearmouth Academy. Children learn what it means to stay healthy and how to do so through cooking. They get the opportunity to taste what they’ve made alongside some more hot tasty treats from us. The day also includes arts and crafts and multi-sports.

Would highly recommend Ice Kids and Swim City- they are fantastic. Staff are great with the children and make lessons fun. They also take the time to get to know each child and know their likes/dislikes and what works for each one. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Keep up the good work.
